Website information
The website describes general business management and operations consulting for small and mid-sized U.S. businesses. Website content is informational and is not a promise of a particular result. You may not misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
Inquiries and engagements
Requesting information or taking part in a brief fit-and-scope discussion does not create a client relationship or incur a fee; that discussion does not include substantive consulting recommendations. The $49 Management Check-In is a separate paid 30-minute session. No paid service begins until both parties agree in writing to the scope, fee, timing, and payment terms.
Services, prices, and scope
The five published options are one-time services, not subscriptions. Listed prices in U.S. dollars apply to the stated base scope. A proposal or engagement agreement confirms the selected option or a separately quoted custom project, client inputs, deliverables, schedule, and total fee. Any change to an agreed fee or scope requires written agreement; additional work is quoted separately.
Scheduling and client materials
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and the agreed materials on time, with customer and employee personal data removed unless its use has been specifically agreed. Delivery windows for written packages begin after the agreed call and receipt of required materials. Delays in receiving information, decisions, or access may require a revised schedule.
Deliverables and clarification
Written package deliverables are provided digitally as PDFs; the Project Action Plan also includes an editable tracker. A written package includes one consolidated request for factual corrections or clarification made within five business days after delivery. New analysis, extra materials, additional interviews, implementation, or ongoing coordination are outside the listed base scope unless separately agreed.
Invoices and payment
This website does not currently accept online payment. The written agreement states any deposit, invoice timing, accepted payment method, and due date. We do not charge for an inquiry. No extra fee is added without prior written agreement. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable engagement agreement.
Professional boundaries and decisions
Pansiv LLC provides general management and operations consulting, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, credit-repair, debt-relief, or other regulated professional services. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and implementation. We do not guarantee a specific financial, operational, or performance outcome.
Client materials and work product
We use client materials only for the agreed engagement and handle them with reasonable care. The engagement agreement addresses confidentiality and ownership or permitted use of final deliverables and any pre-existing tools or templates. Unless that agreement says otherwise, final paid deliverables are intended for the client’s internal business use.
Changes and contact
